Custom display case orders require written approval of final specifications before fabrication begins. Changes requested after fabrication has started may incur additional charges and extend lead times.
Institutional purchasing accounts are subject to credit approval. Net payment terms are available to qualifying institutions upon request.
Standard catalog products may be returned within 30 days in unused condition. Custom-fabricated display cases are non-returnable except in cases of manufacturing defect.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
